A Tennessee Lakehouse

As an architectural photographer, I am given the opportunity to explore some of the most stunning homes in Tennessee. The Center Hill Lakehouse, by Gilbert McClellan Casella Architects, is one of the few that I truly wished to call home.


This project was shot twice, once in the morning in autumn and then in the evening in early winter. Nestled on the crest of a hill overlooking Center Hill Lake 300 feet below, this tasteful modern cabin stole my heart.


The photos below are roughly arranged in the order they were taken throughout the day, displaying the change in the direction and tonal qualities of the light.
